The Oilfield Services Division relies heavily on the expertise of our Field Supervisors. They are expected to conduct themselves in a safe and professional manner while in the field and as such we have high standards and expectations.

It is the role of our field supervisor's to communicate rig move requirements before, during and after job completion. Proper pre-Job Planning, load coordination and load transfer is the backbone to a successful move.

Our field supervisor's are trained to monitor and observe safe work performance. Unsafe work habits are noted and corrected immediately. Our HSE Department is advised of this Opportunity for Improvement and a policy is updated or implemented to ensure the incident does not happen again.

As leaders, Field Supervisors are expected to:

• Demonstrate how to perform a task safely and correctly
• Observe employee as he/she performs the task
• Correct any mistakes
• Ensure corrected method is repeated until performed properly and safely
