HSE Department is responsible for the development, implementation
and maintenance of all health, safety and environmental tools
for the Oilfield Division. Achieving a successful HSE Program
is based on management support, open communication and team
involvement.
The HSE Department is knowledgeable and trained
in their area of expertise, it is their role to educate everyone
else by sharing the knowledge and providing value-added training.
Through new initiatives such as Risk Management,
employee and company performance can be monitored and recorded.
