| In
order to accomplish our future vision, management, field,
operations and administrative personnel believe that:
We have weaknesses and there is a need to
continually improve;
- Claims and injuries can be reduced;
- Most incidents are preventable;
- Safe work habits and procedures should
be implemented and updated regularly.
We are able to report and measure the safety
performance of our employees. By undertaking the opportunity
to record and assess problem areas we can identify our mistakes
and continuously improve.
Through several progressive initiatives, Mullen Oilfield Services Division has modified the existing operation processes by recognizing areas that require improvement. We have identified these areas and implemented immediate change to achieve service excellence by virtue of improved safety measurement systems by way of HSE policies and procedures, Standard Operating Procedures and Training and Education programs.
Our revised HSE program captures and analyzes hazards associated with each job or task. Through Near-Miss, Hazard identification and Job Safety Analysis reporting, hazards are recognized, communicated, controlled and/or eliminated.
