Our revised training program will be geared towards job SPECIFIC procedures where the employee will work under the proper training procedures.People will be trained under Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) which are procedures that are prepared in written form and provide detailed step-by-step instructions to assist people in completing daily routines repetitive or new tasks. The simplicity of SOP's cover field performance, facilities management and equipment maintenance. SOP's will be located in each piece of equipment and will be on hand at all times for proper operation and movement procedures.

The development of SOP's contributes to achieving a quality work and identifies an organized system that allows employees to perform a job properly. SOP's are created for all company departments, in our case office, shop, yard and field operations will be identified. This initiative will act as a stepping stone to continuously improve our environment. The end result of an SOP is have an effective tool that outline procedures and how to perform the procedure by identifying:

• Personal Protective Equipment required
• Hazards or potential risks involved
• Company and/or Industry Certifications
• Step-by-Step Process

No employee will be permitted to enter field operations until we are confident in their level of training. Worker observation and competency behaviors will be monitored and corrective measures will be performed in terms of revisiting our training curriculum if and when necessary.
